Suitable to contain frozen, cooled, hot and room temperature food products, till conditions of 70° for 1h. Not suitable to use in traditional gas/electric oven.
When used to contain frozen products, they absorb humidity at room temperature. Defrost in refrigerator or in a microwave oven.
