Sustainability Report
Sustainability has always been one of the pillars of Medac’s corporate strategy. Our continuous improvement journey in this field has led to many achievements: from obtaining our first ISO 14001 certification in 2006, to receiving the first Ecovadis recognition in 2017, and finally, in 2025, to the publication of our first voluntary Sustainability Report.
Sustainability Report: what it is and how it is issued
The Sustainability Report is an annual document that enables companies to communicate to their stakeholders the activities carried out during the reference year, across three key areas of sustainability::
- Environmental
- Social
- Governance
Thanks to the inclusion of performance indicators, the Sustainability Report allows for monitoring the results achieved over the years and setting new objectives aimed at continuous improvement.
To ensure consistency in reporting among companies operating in different sectors, the report is issued according to universal standards. Those developed by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) are today widely adopted across Europe.
Our journey
In 2025, Medac publishes its first voluntary Sustainability Report, issued in accordance with GRI standards, covering the actions implemented during the 2023/24 biennium.
